Equestrian Center Design

The Equestrian Center was established and developed by a breeder of Arabian horses. This farmstead located in a rural area was designed specifically for professional services such as equine care and training. This commercial property provides family vacations, sports activities, and a regular schedule of shows and championships in dressage and jumping disciplines. The facility combines several commercial buildings such as a hotel, restaurant, activity center, stables, 2 indoor arenas, and 2 covered round pens surrounded by grass-green fields and nearby forests. A full-size warm-up arena is integrated with a middle-size arena, tribunes, and VIP separate area. An activity pavilion located in a center of the entire farmstead supplies catering services for spectators and guests. Stables can comfortably board over 60 horses in spacious box stalls. An outdoor space arrangement includes a park, 2 outdoor show grounds, and individual paddocks.
